The free room upgrade to a spacious suite was a welcome surprise. i found the breakfast amazing, offering excellent value. i really enjoyed my stay and wished it could have lasted longer. The resort grounds are amazing.
i found the attitudes of the lobby staff to be poor, and the housekeeping service was slow. the response time was an inconvenience . i had to request a service several times before it was addressed.

I enjoyed the multiple pools available. I always found a lounger. there was plenty of shade, especially welcome (it reached 45 degrees!). the food was fantastic, and the variety meant everyone found something they loved, including my kids at the kids' club. i look forward to a return visit.
the apartment i stayed in was not as clean as i expected, specifically there was some mold in the shower area. also, the finishing details in the apartment felt a bit old and dated. it lacked the luxurious feeling i experienced in the reception area.

the breakfast buffet offered a great selection with many choices for eggs, fresh fruit, and salads. the restaurants had diverse menus with international cuisine. hong loong and the porterhouse steak restaurants stood out with really good food and service.

the hotel includes six pools, ensuring ample space for everyone. the private beach featured numerous loungers and a designated swimming area for children. the spa offered massages and treatments (which were really good).

I loved the well-equipped gym it had everything i needed. the chocolate gifts and fruits placed in the room felt very special and thoughtful it added a touch of romance to our stay. the food in the restaurants was amazing. Each meal was a culinary delight.
i found the waiting time to get the room keys was longer than expected. it would have been so wonderful to have the room ready upon arrival. there were initial delays during check-in which caused minor frustration.

the air conditioning provided a welcome relief from the heat. i found the upgrade to a palm view room on the third floor good, with a great perspective of the pool, beach, and palm. the room was spacious with great furnishings, including a fantastic bath, wet room, and rainforest shower arrangement.
I found the transition to using qr codes in every venue slightly irritating. I prefer physical menus to looking at my phone at the table.

Check-in was slow , and I was not greeted warmly. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting me , and I had to wait an unreasonably long time to get my room. The room itself felt dated , and I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture.

The hotel offers amazing pools and beach access. The suites are generous with space for families to relax. The design is beautiful with a fine bathroom. Two terraces added an extra touch of luxury to the stay.
I noticed a delivery fee when ordering from room service within the hotel. A charge for each order seems unnecessary.
